DREAM IT project received 46 proposal abstracts by November 30, 2009.
The proposal abstracts has been utilized an online evaluation system to pre-screen, evaluated, and commented based on the following criteria:
- Priority development problem
- Innovation
- Quality of the proposal abstract
- Human and institutional resources
12 proposal abstracts has been shortlisted. Below are the titles of the shortlisted proposal abstracts, invited to write a full project proposal.
