Over 100 research partners including representatives from IDRC, project Board Members, subproject team members, Member of the Parliaments, political leaders, policy and decision-makers, stakeholders and key country practitioners and researchers attended the 1st National ICT4D Seminar at Chingis Khaan hotel on 26th January, 2010. There was main session in an innovative format of interactive multi-stakeholder panels with questions and comments from the audience. D. Enkhbat, Member of the Parliament, made an opening speech. His message went on say ”This National Seminar can develop a common understanding of how we can maximize opportunities the ICT4D”.
